The APPT Prime Padel Pattaya Grand Slam runs July 17–19, 2026, at Prime Padel Pattaya, carrying a USD 13,000 prize pool and ranking points across every category. It is APPT’s second Grand Slam in Thailand this year, and the first ever held in Pattaya. Here is what you need to know about the APPT Prime Padel Pattaya Grand Slam.
1. It’s the First Grand Slam Ever Held in Pattaya
First, APPT has already brought padel to Phuket and Bangkok, including January’s Grand Slam in Bangkok. Pattaya is new ground — the tour has never held an event here before, and it arrives straight at Grand Slam level.
2. USD 13,000 in Prize Money, Ranking Points for Every Category
The professional draw plays for a USD 13,000 prize pool across the Male and Female categories. Meanwhile, the APPT Amateur Leaderboard tracks every Amateur and Amateur B result. It’s the regional benchmark for competitive amateur padel in the Asia Pacific.
3. Straight Off APPC, Into a Home Grand Slam
Pattaya GS lands just three weeks after APPC 2026 in Manila. As a result, several of the region’s amateurs and pros arrive still sharp from that stage. For Thai players, it’s also the chance to compete at a Grand Slam level in front of a home crowd.
4. Getting There Is Easier Than You’d Think
Fly into Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) — direct from Manila, Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bali, and more — then it’s less than 1.5 hours to the courts by GrabCar or airport taxi.
