Manila, Philippines – June 22, 2026 – The Asia Pacific Padel Cup (APPC) returns for its third edition in Manila, Philippines, from June 25–28. Hosted by Padel Pilipinas, the official National Sports Association (NSA) for padel in the Philippines, the tournament will bring together ten teams from seven countries competing across Professional and Amateur draws at Play Padel McKinley — the biggest padel club in Metro Manila
Unlike anything else on the APPT calendar, the APPC runs on collective results. Each team battles through a group stage across male, female, and mixed categories — points are pooled across all three. Individual rankings take a back seat at the APPC. What matters is how each country’s players perform together, with every match contributing points toward the overall team standing. It’s the format that turns every rally into something that matters beyond a scoreboard. The tournament’s return comes amid rapid growth for padel across Asia, with participation and new facilities expanding across the region.
Two Editions, Two Champions
In two editions, the APPC has already built a history worth defending. Indonesia lifted the first-ever trophy at the inaugural edition in Bali in 2024. The Philippines answered at the second edition in Kuala Lumpur in 2025, claiming the title on Malaysian soil. Now, as the competition moves to Manila for its third chapter, the Philippines enters as defending champion on home soil. The rest of the field arrives with one goal: to take the trophy away.
Weave Story — The Identity Behind APPC Manila 2026
APPC Manila 2026 is anchored by a visual identity called Weave Story, inspired by the Banig, a traditional Filipino woven mat. Each band in the design represents one of the participating countries — diverse communities interlaced into a single regional story, on the court and off it.
Who’s Competing in Manila
This year’s tournament features ten teams representing seven countries across the Professional and Amateur divisions. The number is also telling a story of padel’s growth across the region. Taiwan and Brunei make their APPC debut, stepping onto the regional stage for the first time. India competes in their third consecutive APPC, a mark of consistent commitment to the competition. South Korea and Pakistan are in their second year, bringing experience and unfinished business into the draw.
